For Android Tv:

1. First, get your Tv’s settings and select “Apps and Notifications“.
2. Next, find and select the Peacock Application.
3. Once you land on this section, find and select storage and cache.
4. Finally, click Clear Data / Cache to delete your junk files once you’re in the section.

4. Restart Your Device

Your Peacock app might not work or be down due to a hardware glitch on your TV. And to sort out such glitches, it’s best to restart your devices.

So, just long-press the power button for several minutes on your TV’s remote. It will restart the TV. And once the TV is on, just go to your Peacock application and find out if it’s working.
